For orders with a lower cost than € 30.00 Shipping cost of € 6.00.

For orders with a cost equal or higher than € 100: Free Shipping .
For orders with a lower cost than € 100 Shipping cost of € 12.50.
REMARK:
Cash on delivery is only available to Spain (Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, and shipments will have a variable extra charge depending on the order. This surcharge is indicated before completing the order process.
Other countries outside the EU:
Orders involving sums equal or of more than € 200.00: Free Shipping .
Orders worth less than € 200.00 have different shipping costs according to destination and order. These costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you make the payment. You can also get an assessment from the cart by entering the destination in the "Shipping Estimate"
REMARK:
The costs and customs duties that may arise due to shipments outside the EU will be provided by the customer. Terms and Conditions section.
After completing the order, we will contact you to inform you of the status of the shipment and delivery to the address you have indicated:
1. Confirmation email with purchase details.
2. SMS indicating that the order is ready, and in about 24 hours, you will receive at your selected address (you must have indicated your mobile phone, only for some countries).
We carry out two delivery attempts. In case that we can not deliver the order because there is no one to receive it, we will contact you again to make a new appointment or tell you when and whrer we can re-deliver, so you can pick up your order yourself.
If you are a registered customer, you can see at any time the status of your order by logging into your account.

The indicated time periods are on weekdays and for orders received before 6:00 pm. We always put our best efforts to make deliveries in the shortest possible time:

You can return any product within 10 days from the date of its reception by contacting us, as long as the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging (and if nutrition products, they have not been opened or used and retain their original seal).
We always take the maximum care of our shipments. In case you receive an item exceptionally damaged or wrong, we will change it at no cost to you, as soon as possible.
It is imperative that you do record the incidence on the delivery note of the carrier, so you should review the entire delivery order to confirm that everything is correct.
